Qualifications:
Qualified School Teacher of Maths, PGCE –gained at the Institute of Education, London. Bsc in Logic, with Mathematics (2.1) , University of Sussex
David has 10 years’ experience in total as a Teacher of Maths both in Secondary schools and Further Education Colleges. He also has 10 years’ experience as a private home tutor of Maths at all levels : KS2, KS3 , GCSE and ‘A’ levels.
He is also experienced at teaching all the main aspects of ‘A’ level Maths, including Pure Maths, Statistics and Mechanics, as well as GCSE level Statistics. He has had great success with his students over the years; many of these have achieved an A grade or A*, at ‘A’ level.
He has also prepared pupils successfully for the Public school entrance exams at 11+ and 13+.
His approach to tuition is quite ‘soft’ and humorous, with examples from real life always used.
